COMMENTS:EOS: Judging from the amount of picture galleries about the place, Greenpoint Terminal must be quite popular among photographers. I also find the abandoned buildings fascinating and can easily imagine Viggo exploring the site. What surprised me is that actually the place lies directly at the waterfront of East River. In the movie David's loft was located more south and central, near the Brooklyn Bridge as described on the movie's website, and I also imagined it this way. There is another scene in A Perfect Murder which was clearly shot on the location (nr. 2 on the pic above) It's the scene when Emily brings the new coffee machine do David's loft.
It is hard to say if Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse was the set of all A Perfect Murder exterior shots -- all the buildings in the area look similar, and pictures taken from different angles with different cameras doesn't make it easier to tell. But after comparing pictures from the movie and photos I found on the net, I am quite sure that all three pics below show the South-East corner of Milton Street and West Street, and the building on the right is a part of the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse. The only problem is that you can clearly see two rows of skywalks over West Street. On the Google picture there is only one... well, it looks like they are gone some time after the movie was made.
