It's interesting to notice that starting with Linger this book continues to reveal much about the author and photographer, again it is a very personal account. I look forward to sitting down with it and "lingering" over it with care to truly take in what VM reveals.

Visually speaking, I find it quite revealing and very personal for Viggo. He seems to be revealing layers like an onion allowing us to see more and more with each photo and each book. This seems a continuation of Linger, almost an extrapolation of Linger and I haven't even carefully read the poetry and prose yet.

(...)there is a big yellow red sun and we are on a journey through his lense. Abstracts juxtaposed by reflections in puddles by shells, toes, carcasses. Trees,buildings in foreign cities, Brigit, Libby and Minnie, gollies, Gray, little girls, monuments- angels without arms (who I understand totally by books' end) a shot by Lola, and places, places, wires, cracks, logs, decay, beautiful autumn trees, "emergency 2004", towards the end two images very overexposed as if they are "in the light" and then "kaitoke 3 2003" and "jul 2002" and the final "John 1995" the journeyman with his suitcase has arrived.
If you want mirth, buy another book. If you want one man's struggle with time passing and remembering life-- buy this now!
